This two ingredient meal is a quick and simple dinner recipe. Spice that fish up and let it grill on the Traeger to perfection. Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 Whole fillet of firm white fish: sea bass, halibut or cod
- Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
- 2 Whole lemons
Instructions
- When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Grill: 325 ˚F
- Season fish with Traeger Fin & Feather Rub and let sit for 30 minutes. Slice lemons in half.Add A Note
- Place the fish and the lemons (cut side down) directly on the grill grates. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the fish is flaky and is at least 145℉ in the thickest part of fish. Be careful not to over cook. Grill: 325 ˚F / Probe: 145 ˚F
- Serve with the grilled lemons. Enjoy!
